SERVICES
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and I offer a range of options to fit whatever you're grappling with.

Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or just the general what-the-hell-am-I-doing-with-my-life moments, there's a space for you here.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
This is where we roll up our sleeves and dig into it. You’re more than just the stress, trauma, or thoughts and urges that keep resurfacing. Holistic and integrative therapy means we take into account how your mind handles anxiety, how your body holds the past, and how your spirit fits into it all. Trauma-informed and anti-pathologizing, this approach doesn't label you as "broken"—it sees you as someone who’s experienced too much, too soon, too fast, and whose system is still reacting to it all.

We’ll unpack old patterns while honoring your nervous system’s wisdom. This isn't about forcing change but about inviting space for healing—on your terms. Together, we’ll explore how your body and mind have learned to protect you, even when it feels like they’re working against you, and we’ll work with your spirit - higher self, divine self, inner light, however you might define it — to create space for the life you truly want.

If you're dealing with complex trauma, anxiety/depression, chronic shame, men’s issues, anger, an overbearing inner critic, or compulsive behaviors (looking at you, video games), this space is for you. My goal? Help you experience a little more freedom and a lot more spaciousness inside yourself.
$135 (60 mins) / $165 (75 mins)
Optional Add-Ons
-
+$10 for a written Session Recap Summary, to revisit insights and themes between sessions
-
+$15 for Between-Session Journal Review (I'll read and reflect on any writing you share)
WAITLIST FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Thank you for your interest in working together. At the moment, my practice is full and I am maintaining a waiting list for new individual clients.

If you’re considering therapy and would like to see if we’re a good fit, I’d be happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a low-pressure chance to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and decide if you'd like to be placed on the waitlist—or, if you prefer to start sooner, I can offer a referral to someone I trust. Either way, simply click the button to the left!
COUPLES, FAMILY, & RELATIONSHIPS COUNSELING
Relationships are tricky as hell. But here's the kicker: the stuff you’re dealing with now? It often didn’t start with you. The communication breakdowns, trust issues, those knee-jerk reactions—they’re echoes of what came before. Family dynamics, exes, all the baggage (i.e. generational trauma) we’ve picked up over the years. Couples counseling isn’t just about what’s happening between you now; it’s getting curious about what’s been there long before you even met. We’ll explore how those pasts are shaping your present and start finding ways to break the cycle.

Non-monogamous? No problem. I’ve worked with several types of sexual, affectional, and relational structures, and I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to figure out what works for you—not what society says should work for everyone.

GROUP COUNSELING
There’s something powerful about realizing you’re not the only one dealing with shit. Group therapy is where we come together as individuals to work through our stuff in community. We’re all wrestling with something, and in a group, you get to witness others going through similar struggles, and empower change in each other – it’s validation on an epic level. You’ll have the chance to share your experiences, connect and gain insights from others, and get and give support in a safe (read: brave), facilitated environment.
Men’s Work at Blue Hill Integrative Counseling
A space for men ready to lead with heart, live with integrity, and walk a different path.
The old models of masculinity aren’t working—for anyone. Too many men are left isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to show up with both strength and softness, responsibility and self-trust.

At BHIC, I offer a two-part arc of men’s group work designed to support meaningful change—from the inside out.

Men of Heart - $45 per session (90-minutes)
Remove the mask | Lead with Heart
A 14-week group for men ready to get real—about their struggles, their relationships, and the kind of life they want to build.
This is where the work begins:
Shedding stories that no longer fit
Healing wounds without losing yourself
Building empathy, courage, and integrity
It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about finding yourself.

Men of Courage - $50 per session (120 minutes)
For alumni of Men of Heart - Ongoing
Where Men of Heart opened the door, Men of Courage invites you to walk through it.
A deeper, longer-term group for men ready to push the edges of emotional resilience, relational honesty, and self-leadership.
Facing what’s still unspoken: grief, anger, shame, identity
Practicing vulnerability with more depth and precision
Strengthening accountability, boundaries, and trust—from the inside out
This space is for men ready to move from understanding into integration.
ROLEPLAYING GAME THERAPY
Okay, hear me out. Roleplaying isn’t just for the geeks (although, yeah, I’m here for the geeks too). It’s for everyone looking to explore their inner worlds in a creative, low-stakes environment where you can fight dragons and your own inner demons at the same time. Through role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, we can explore different parts of your psyche in a creative, safe, and surprisingly insightful way. Want to explore your social anxiety through the eyes of a rogue searching for treasure? Or figure out your boundaries by playing a healer who’s learning to say no? This is therapy, but with a sword and a bag of dice.

I’ve been playing D&D for almost 25 years, and it’s more than just a game—it’s a way to access parts of yourself that are otherwise hard to reach. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, or just feeling stuck, therapeutic roleplaying lets you embody a character and explore your own narratives in a safe, collaborative space. You’ll take on roles, face challenges, and discover new ways of thinking about your real-life struggles, all while rolling dice and having a blast. Become the hero of your own journey.
